For 10 years now our family has rented several different homes for our summer vacations. We enjoy the beach and the family atmosphere of the area

We have been taking our family (8 adults and 4 grandchildren now) to the beach for the past 6 years.  The past 4 years we have rented from Carroll Realty.  We enjoy the beach and the family atmosphere of the area.  My wife and I are enjoying watching our grandchildren ages 6, 6, 4, and 3 having and good time playing on the beach.  The grandchildren start talking about the beach trip shortly after Christmas and can hardly wait for the time to arrive.

Enjoy two weeks on the beach...

I grew up going to the Isle of Palms enjoying the sand and surf on front beach or fishing and crabbing at Breach Inlet or in Hamlin Creek.  I no longer live in the Charleston area, but my family and I stay on the Isle of Palms each summer to enjoy two weeks on the beach.  My kids look forward every year to doing the things I did as a kid plus new ones.  It has always been a pleasure doing business with Carroll Realty.  Whenever someone asks about vacation spots, I tell them to give Mike a call at Carroll Realty.  I just hope they don't reserve the house we rent for the same weeks!  We are looking forward to getting back on the beach soon.

The service is the best!!!

Our family rented #8 on 51st Ave. for 11 or 12 consecutive years and when that home was too small for our growing clan, we looked only at Carroll Realty for our next rental. We will be going back to #6 on 45th for the second time. Carroll Realty always responds to the few small problems encountered in a very timely manner. Their prices are competitive, but the service is the best!!!
