From the North, or arriving at the Charleston airport:
1. Drive into Charleston via I-26 East (and airport)
2. Take I-26 E and merge onto I-526 East (Exit #212-C) toward Mt. Pleasant.
3. Drive approximately 13 miles and take Georgetown/Highway 17 Exit #29 to Highway 17. Take left at light onto Highway 17 N.
4. Drive 1.4 miles North on Highway 17 N and turn right onto Highway 517 to Isle of Palms.
5. Highway 517 is a 3.9 mile connector bridge to the Isle of Palms. Enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean as you cross over the Intracoastal Waterway and turn right on Palm Blvd. at the traffic light at the foot of the bridge. Drive 1.5 miles to Carroll Realty, Inc. at 103 Palm Blvd. We are a 3-story grey building on your right, next door to The Boathouse restaurant.

From the South:
1. Drive into Charleston then Mount Pleasant on Highway 17 N and turn right onto Highway 517 to Isle of Palms.
